I couldn't find what I was looking for.
So I built it.

When I proposed to my now-wife, the planning started the very next day — and one of the first questions was how we'd send the invitations. Paper? We didn't want to hurt the environment. A single image? It felt too simple for what we wanted to tell. A digital invitation, yes — but how? I looked for a provider who understood what I wanted: something that wouldn't look like just another wedding. I couldn't find one. What existed were generic templates, DIY tools, sites that felt a decade out of date.

So I designed it myself. It turned out beautiful — several guests told me so. But after sending it, I realized the problem was never the invitation: it was everything that happens after you send it. Guests who never confirmed, who never read the message, who asked at the last minute if they could bring a plus-one. People I never knew had even opened the link. The ones who never answer. The ones who cancel the same weekend as the wedding. And the part that's truly exhausting: building the seating chart — who sits with whom, which families can share a table and which can't — only to hand that information over to the MC however you could: by hand, in Word, in a spreadsheet.

That's where Invittas came from. Not as one more template tool — there were already enough of those, and it's not what most people are looking for. Not everyone wants to spend hours learning design tools, and with a fair investment, they'd rather have someone else do it right. Invittas exists to be that someone: designing every invitation with the care it deserves, understanding that behind every event is a person with expectations, a story to tell, and above all, a wish that nothing goes wrong.

Telling stories of love, of life, of milestones — through an invitation — is what drives us. And taking off each couple's, family's, or person's shoulders the logistical weight I once carried myself, so that from the very first moment — the invitation — everything starts off right.

What we believe when we work

Three principles that come straight from the reason Invittas exists.

Design with soul, not templates

Every invitation is built from scratch, for one specific story. We don't reuse molds — what we offer is that yours won't look like anyone else's.

We take the logistics off your plate

RSVP, seating, guest tracking: the invisible work that exhausts any host gets solved by the panel, not by anyone's memory.

Someone who understands, not a form

You're not a support ticket. From the first contact, there's a real person working on your invitation with the same care they'd give their own.
