Which countries do you work with?

We're based in Cali, Colombia, and work with clients across the whole country. We also create invitations for anywhere in the world — everything is coordinated 100% online.

What is the guest management panel?

It's the panel where you organize your guest list, check RSVP confirmations in real time, assign tables, and keep track of restrictions and menu preferences — all in one place.

What is the Digital Wall?

It's your own "private Instagram" for the event. Your guests and the hosts upload photos, videos, and messages during the celebration and even days after, with nothing to download, and can complete challenges that encourage everyone to take part. Everything stays saved so you can download it as a keepsake. You can add it to any of our invitations for $49 USD, or get it on its own for $69 USD.

How do guests join the Digital Wall, and do the QR codes cost anything?

For the event we send you physical QR codes to place at the venue: each guest scans one with their phone and joins the wall, with nothing to download. Shipping the QR codes is free in Cali and nearby areas; elsewhere in Colombia and abroad, shipping has a cost that depends on the destination.

What kind of events does Invittas work for?

We specialize in weddings and quinceañeras, but we design for any celebration: birthdays, graduations, baby showers, first communions, and more.

Do my guests need to download an app?

No. Everything works from a link — it opens in your phone's browser, no downloads or sign-ups.

How long does my invitation take?

Between 8 and 10 business days once we define the details together. If you need it sooner, message us and we'll check availability.

Does it work no matter how many guests I have?

Yes. From an intimate gathering of 20 people to an event of several hundred, the panel adapts to your list without a problem.

What payment methods do you accept?

In Colombia we accept transfers via Llave Bre-B, Bancolombia, Banco de Bogotá, and Nequi. We also accept cards. For clients abroad, we accept payments through PayPal.

Do you offer refunds?

No. Every invitation is designed to your taste and with the changes you request — being 100% custom work, we don't offer refunds.
